Central location is spot on! You're just a stone's throw away from the department store, popular sights like Rathaus and Palace, and the festive Christmas markets. Plus, you're only a quick 1 km stroll from a German puppet theater company 🎭.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and spoke good English.

The layout of the room was kind of strange, I think it was designed for privacy, but it wasted space. They tried the exchange scam on the credit card, too, but I was pre-warned to pay in the local currency. This seems to be common, you can't blame them for trying.

The hotel staff is really helpful and the hotel location is perfect for sight seeing around. All the major sight seeing locations are within 15 min walk from the hotel.

This hotel was located right in the heart of Augsburg near the tourist area. We could easily get out and explore the city.

It was an easy base for sightseeing in Augsburg. We had much fun during our stay at the hotel. 3. the staff at the reception desk were very pleasant. 4. the hotel was comfortable and centrally located. 5. the location was convenient for visiting Augsburg attractions. 6. the proximity to Rathaus and other landmarks made it easy for us to explore. 7. the hotel is located within a comfortable walking distance to attractions and cafes.

The location in a shopping area was perfect and magnificent and there were a mall and the Christmas market nearby. Even the Augsburg airport was not so far, 15 minutes drive away. All the rooms were compact and new-fashioned mostly with carpets, had a quiet atmosphere.

The hotel has many good to excellent features: good location, very comfortable and exceptionally clean rooms, friendly staff and a terrific breakfast in a pleasant bright and airy room. It was also good value, especially as the room rate included the breakfast.

There was a small step at the entrance to our room which was easy to stumble on given the dark carpet.

The place was fantastic. Much more than I expected for that amount of money. Michael J. Seitz is the best receptionists I have ever met in Germany. The location of the hotel is very good and so is their service. The buffet breakfats is something you must try.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. It is central for everything to see in Augsburg. The price for the hotel is fantastic for the quality of the room. It was a really nice place.

The rooms are big and quiet, and they even have a cozy bathtub - definitely felt like a home away from home. This place is conveniently located, not too far from Rathausplatz 📍.

The rooms are updated, with particularly nice views, and the location is unbeatable close to the city center. The breakfast is splendid and offers bread, cereals and eggs.

Staff was excellent. Room was large enough for three to fit comfortably. Breakfast was excellent--the dining room was very nicely done. Location was great--easy walk to the market square. Excellent recommendation for dinner.
